Terms and Conditions

- Client is responsible for their own script, locations, on screen performers, release forms, wardrobe, props.
- Any talent release forms required by Kunu must be signed and provided to Kunu on the designated shoot day.
- Require 48 hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling, failing which client will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
- Kunu reserves the right to reschedule for reasons including, but not limited to: Unsafe weather conditions, illness, reasons beyond control (ie. traffic delays), family deaths, …
- Full payment, including additional taxes, in the form of cheque, cash, or money order is due on scheduled shoot day.
- This offer is currently only available within an 80 km radius of Barrie, Ontario.
- Shooting of pornography or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Kunu reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice
- All footage becomes property of Kunu and may be used for promotional purposes by Kunu, its successors and assigns, without prior written consent or notice.
- Total time required between scheduled shoot day and delivery of first draft may be up to 14 days.
- All videos will be available for download via a password protected web page for a minimum of 90 days.
- Kunu reserves the right to remove password protected web pages after the 90 day period.
- Finished video may or may not be posted to Kunu’s video sharing profiles, and on the KunuHD.com web site and blog at the sole discretion of Kunu and any person under contract or employed by Kunu.
- Clients are allowed one round of changes to their video (the “second draft”), provided that the changes are reasonable in Kunu’s sole discretion.
- Additional charges may apply if further changes to the second draft are required and are charged on an hourly basis.
- Videos will be shot and finished in 720p HD at 30fps.
- Finished videos will be provided in two compression formats: h.264 Quicktime (.mov), and VP6 Flash Video (.flv)
- Kunu reserves the right to change capture and compression settings without notice to the general public, but if capture and compression settings are changed by Kunu for a scheduled shoot, client will be provided the option of cancelling the shoot.
